The Process  
     
 
It is as simple as submitting a resume. For each resume you submit you receive points. And for each person you refer who is hired, you receive more points. All points accumulate for great gift awards.

Do you know someone who has the experience and skills that would work well in the GE environment? AND are they interested in pursuing possible opportunities at GE? If so, you can refer them for any GE job, Professional Band and above, in any location inside of Latin America. You can even refer a talent without a current opening.

For each resume you submit via the talent referral e-form you will receive 10 points.

And for each referral who is hired for a full-time permanent position (Professional Band and above), you will receive 240 points.

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer, and no maximum to the number of points you can receive.

So recommend someone today. You will not only be doing your part to keep this company a great place to work, you'll be earning yourself great gifts.
 

How to Start Earning Points:

  • Consider candidates you know personally or professionally, who you think would make a good GE employee and ask if they are interested in having their resume submitted.
  • Once you get their permission, submit a Talent Referral e-form.
  • As a GE employee, you will receive an electronic confirmation and credit for 10 points upon receipt of the referred resume through GE Careers.
  • If the referred candidate is hired, you will receive notification of his/her hire and you will receive confirmation of the 240 points credit.
