Upload your referral's resume to an open position in C.O.S. (Career Opportunity System). Once your referral is submitted, the Staffing Team will do the rest. All referrals will be reviewed and both the GE Employee and the Referral candidate will be contacted regarding their status.

How to Start Earning Extra Money:

• Obtain approval from your referral to submit their resume
• Go to COS and click on the particular position for which you would like to refer a candidate
• Click on the Refer button at the bottom of the page
• Log in using your SSO user name and password
• Follow directions for submitting your candidate's resume
